The front outside tire will increase, while the front inside tire will decrease.

This rising of the tire on a kart is called a jacking effect as if someone raised the go-kart using a jack.

As you turn the wheel, the caster forces the weight to travel diagonally. When the caster angle is raised, then technically it transfers additional weight by keeping the same amount of steering effort.
